  Anyone use chia seeds?

  i just recently heard about chia seeds and what a good source of energy they are.

  has anyone here ever used them, and if so how have you used them?.

  It's ok. I don't mind it in yogurt. I never noticed a difference, but then again I didn;t eat it regularly.

  Dazeds better half is the "health nut" Not me.....

  What movie did you walk out on when a jw? Have you seen it since? What changed?

  ok i walked out on austin powers because i thought it was so crude and god dishonoring.

  since the fade i think it is very funny, still not a favorite but not the end of the world either.

  any movies that were a big sin are nothing now?

  So, my husband would not even meet the elders who just happened to drop by this morning.

  he stayed inside and kept going about his business like they weren't even there.

  i engaged them on the verandah hut politely explained that they'd caught us at a bad time as we were doing a big cleanup of the house.

  the elders had even bought a pack of chocolate cookies around, so they were expecting to be invited in and offered coffee.

  Drinking at meetings / assemblies / conventions ... who's done it?

  for me .... 1).

  last district convention after having 'read up' (took some family to it).. 2).

  last 'meeting' to watch step-father-in-law finally get his and get disfellowshipped for molestation.. ...both were taking vodka shots in the bathroom.. i'm sure there's lots of good stories out there..

  I went heavily buzzed a few times back when I drank. Once it was when they still had book study in the home. During the last prayer I had a silent burp and after my wife said, "Wow, you really smell like alcohol." After the meeting. No one else ever said anything.
